Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the XerAds Platform service ("Platform") operated by XerAds ("We"), you state that you have read, understood, and agreed to all these terms and conditions along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

XerAds Platform is a cloud-based software (SaaS) that provides services for:

• AI-powered SEO content creation and management
• Integrated SEO analytics and reporting with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4
• Social media content management and post scheduling
• Content synchronization to CMS platforms like WordPress
• Brand voice management and content templates

3. User Accounts

• Registration: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. Accounts using false identities may be terminated without notice.
• Account Security: You are responsible for the security of your password and all activities that occur on your account. Report any unauthorized access immediately.
• One Account Per User: Except for Enterprise plans with multi-user features, one account is intended for one user.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and not to do the following:

• Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others
• Create spam, misleading content, or content that violates search engine policies
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the Platform source code
• Use APIs or scraping without written permission from XerAds
• Resell Platform access to others without official permission

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually according to the selected plan.
• Payments: Processed through Xendit. We support bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods available on Xendit.
• Price Changes: We will provide 30 days notice before price changes take effect.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

6. User-Generated Content

You have full rights to the content you create using the Platform. We do not claim ownership of that content. You are fully responsible for ensuring that published content does not violate third-party rights or applicable regulations.

7. AI Content

The Platform uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to assist in content creation. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before publication.

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts proven to violate these terms. In cases of severe violation (fraud, system exploitation), termination can be done without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available without interruption. Our liability in any claim is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months before the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through deliberation will be resolved through the competent District Court in Indonesia.
