8.1. Linking accounts and your authority

Google Ads and Meta features let you link eligible ad accounts to XerAds, view reports, and create or manage campaigns through the functions available in your workspace. You may link only accounts and assets you own or are authorized to manage for their owner. Agencies and team members must obtain their clients' authorization before linking an account, processing its data, or operating its ads.

Google Ads accounts are linked under XerAds' Google Ads manager account: an administrator of your Google Ads account accepts the link invitation XerAds sends, or, where it is offered, you accept the link with "Connect with Google". By linking an account, you confirm that you have the authority to do so, and you authorize XerAds, acting through its manager account with its own Google Ads API access, to read the account and to carry out the operations you or your authorized team instruct or approve. These can include creating or changing campaigns, ads, keywords, targeting, budgets, bids, and delivery status. A XerAds administrator may confirm who owns an account before XerAds manages it.

For Meta, you give XerAds' Meta Business partner access to the ad accounts and other assets you choose, and XerAds acts within that access on the same terms. The same terms apply to any connection you made earlier through your own Google Cloud project or Meta app.

An AI-generated plan or recommendation is not itself a guarantee of suitability; review the account, content, settings, and spend before authorizing an operation.

8.2. Advertising content, permissions, and data

You are responsible for the rights to your creatives, brands, landing pages, products, and any data you submit. Obtain the notices, permissions, and other lawful authority needed to process or disclose personal data. Do not provide data you are not entitled to use, misuse access tokens, share another customer's data, bypass account restrictions, or use the integration for fraud, unlawful targeting, surveillance, or prohibited discrimination.

You must comply with the Google Ads policies and applicable Google API terms, and with the Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and advertising rules that apply to your use. You must not process data supplied through XerAds in a way that violates those requirements. XerAds' Privacy Policy describes the data we receive, its uses, sharing, retention, and deletion. These terms do not grant broader rights to Google or Meta data or override their restrictions.

8.3. Advertising spend and results

Unless expressly included in your service order, advertising spend charged by Google or Meta is separate from XerAds subscription or management fees. Your order and the advertising account's billing arrangements determine who pays those charges. You remain responsible for budgets and operations you authorize, including instructions submitted by your authorized team.

Forecasts and recommendations are estimates. We do not guarantee ad approval, delivery, ranking, conversions, revenue, or return on advertising spend. Provider reporting may be delayed or adjusted, and pausing a campaign may not take effect immediately. Verify spend and delivery in the provider's account; ending a XerAds subscription does not cancel charges already incurred there.

8.4. Third-party services and availability

Google and Meta operate their own services and control permissions, API access, account eligibility, ad review, billing, quotas, and suspensions. Features may become unavailable or require renewed authorization when a provider changes its services or permissions. XerAds is an independent service operated by PT AMAL DIGITAL STUDIO; use of these APIs does not imply endorsement or a partnership certification.

We may restrict an integration to protect account security, address misuse, or comply with a provider's valid requirements, including a requirement to stop processing or delete provider data. Any credentials you supply to XerAds must be valid, authorized for your use, and kept confidential.

8.5. Removing access and requesting deletion

You can remove a Google Ads account from XerAds at any time: choose "Remove from XerAds" under "Brief and setup" on the Ads Management page, which ends the link under XerAds' manager account, or end that link yourself in Google Ads under Admin > Access and security > Managers. For Meta, remove XerAds' partner access in Meta Business Settings, or, for a connection you made yourself, choose "Disconnect" in the same place in XerAds. You can also revoke the access you gave XerAds in your Google Account or Meta settings. Contact us if you cannot find the control you need.

Removing XerAds' access, deleting a XerAds draft, or cancelling your subscription does not pause or delete live ads at Google or Meta. Pause or end them in the relevant advertising account and verify the result. XerAds deletes its copy of a Google Ads account's data 30 days after the link ends. To delete other data stored by XerAds, follow the Data Deletion instructions or contact privacy@xerads.id. Retention and legal exceptions are described in the Privacy Policy.
