Refund Policy

Quick summary: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new users. Cancellations can be made at any time and take effect at the end of the billing period.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New XerAds Platform users who sign up for a paid plan are entitled to a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of the first payment, provided that:

  • This is your first time subscribing to a paid XerAds plan
  • You submit the request within 7 calendar days of payment
  • Your account has not violated our Terms and Conditions

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings → Subscription menu in the dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period
  • There are no cancellation fees
  • No pro-rated refunds for the remaining period (except as noted below)

3. Other Refund Conditions

Refunds may be granted outside the 7-day period in the following circumstances:

  • Prolonged Service Outage: If the Platform is inaccessible for more than 48 consecutive hours due to errors on our part
  • Duplicate Billing: If you are charged more than once for the same period
  • Significant Feature Changes: If we remove a major feature that was the basis of your purchase and do not provide an equivalent alternative

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription fees for periods exceeding 7 days (except as noted above)
  • Fees for add-ons or additional services already utilized
  • Accounts terminated due to violations of Terms and Conditions

5. Refund Request Process

  1. 1. Email billing@xerads.id with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. 2. Include: account email, transaction ID, and the reason for the request
  3. 3. Our team will respond within 2 business days
  4. 4. Funds are returned within 5–14 business days via the original payment method
